ZAKŁAD PRODUKCJI ARTYKUŁÓW SPOŻYWCZYCH "MISTER" KAROL BINKOWSKI, RYSZARD BINKOWSKI SPÓŁKA JAWNA is implementing the project: Retrofitting bakery plants in Rudki and Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski along with installation of photovoltaic installations in the company ZAKŁAD PRODUKCJI ARTYKUŁÓW SPOŻYWCZYCH "MISTER" "MISTER" KAROL BINKOWSKI, RYSZARD BINKOWSKI SPÓŁKA JAWNA.
The project includes the retrofitting of two bakery plants in Rudki and Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, along with the installation of photovoltaic installations in the company ZAKŁAD PRODUKCJI ARTYKUŁÓW SPOŻYWCZYCH "MISTER" KAROL BINKOWSKI, RYSZARD BINKOWSKI SPÓŁKA JAWNA.
The project is being implemented in 2 stages:
- Stage I in the period of November 21, 2022 - March 30, 2024, which consists of 3 tasks with the following material scope of
expenses:
1. Preparing a business plan for the venture: preparing a business plan.
2. Retrofitting the bakery plant in Rudki: purchase of a cutting and packaging set, purchase of software for the production
process.
3. Retrofitting the bakery plant in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski: purchase of software for the production process.
- Stage II in the period of March 31, 2024 - September 30, 2024 concerns one task: installation of photovoltaic systems,
which includes 2 cost items:
1. Purchase and installation of a PV installation with a capacity of approx. 535.3 kWp at the plant in Rudki, and
2. Purchase and installation of a PV installation with a capacity of approx. 508 kWp at the plant in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski.
The total gross value of the project is PLN 8,277,392.52, and EU funding is PLN 3,364,793.71.
After the implementation of the project, the technological process of processing agricultural products into non-agricultural products will not change in its basic stages, but the purchased machines will allow for the automation of some processes (packing and cutting). As a result of the actions taken and investments made, the efficiency and effectiveness of the production process will be increased, operating costs will be reduced and the production volume of wheat-rye bread and organic rye bread will increase in the bakery plant in Rudki and the production of breadsticks in the bakery plant in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. The purchase of a cutting and packaging set for the plant in Rudki, which includes a slicer and a packaging machine, will increase the speed of cutting and packing wheat-rye bread and organic rye bread, which will increase the efficiency of the production process and reduce costs.
An automated bread belt slicer allows you to improve the cutting process using belt knives. The new technological solution will have a positive impact on the optimization of packaging in both plastic and paper bags. By increasing packaging efficiency, the logistics of warehouse production will improve and the problem of availability of appropriate space for packaging will be solved. To support the production process in both plants in Rudki and Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, the purchase of software is planned - a system for collecting and analyzing production data from devices. The purchased software will improve comprehensive planning, management, accounting and production control. It will enable real- time analysis of the production process and monitoring of the production process and the actual working time of machines and employees. The software will allow to reduce production costs, optimize production time, limit failures by planning equipment service in advance, and detect problems as early as possible and reduce losses thanks to quick response. The installation of photovoltaic installations with a capacity of approx. 535.3 kWp in Rudki and with a capacity of approx. 508 kWp in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski will reduce business costs. The power of the installation was selected based on the electricity demand of the facility where the processing, storage and warehousing of agricultural products is carried out. As a result of the purchase, CO2 emissions will be reduced.
